Four ways to remove the bottleneck

Every engagement is scoped on a free call: you describe the bottleneck, I tell you what I would build and how long it takes.

01 / 04

AI automation systems

Your leads get answered and your bookings confirmed without anyone on the team chasing them. I build lead capture and follow-up, booking, onboarding, payments, and review requests. It runs on n8n and GoHighLevel, tested end to end, and handed over documented.

Run a MedSpa? There is a dedicated page for that.

02 / 04

Claude Code workflows

I set up agentic development environments that hold up in daily use: custom skills, hooks, subagents, MCP integrations, and review gates. They are tuned to your codebase and your team's rules. This site and its content pipeline are maintained through the same setup.

03 / 04

Self-hosted infrastructure

Your data sits on servers you control, and one login covers every internal tool. Per-seat subscriptions fold into one server bill. Under the hood: Docker, Caddy, Authentik single sign-on, VPN egress, automated updates, and monitoring.

04 / 04

Consulting

Sometimes you do not need a build. You need an hour with someone who has already made the mistakes. Architecture reviews, tool selection, automation audits, and second opinions on systems you are about to buy. Direct answers, no retainer required.

FAQ

Questions before you book

Where are you based? Do you take US clients?

I work from the Philippines (UTC+8) with clients in the US and worldwide. Calls book in your own time zone. My early morning is your Pacific afternoon.

How much does an automation build cost?

Build engagements start at $2,000 per month. MedSpa packages and consulting are priced separately, and consulting needs no retainer.

What do you actually build?

Agents and workflows that run one business process end to end: lead sourcing, follow-up, booking, content, and internal tools. They run on n8n, Claude Code, MCP servers, and self-hosted infrastructure.

What is an agentic automation, in plain terms?

A normal automation follows fixed steps. An agentic one lets an AI model choose the next step, inside limits you set. Agent actions that reach customers or production wait for your approval.

How do we start?

Book a free 15-minute call and describe the manual work that costs the most hours. I tell you what I would build, how long it takes, and where automation will not help.
